Portobello Green is located about half way down Portobello Road, close to the large shopping centre of the same name. The area comprises a series of cultured gardens that are extremely colourful and obviously well maintained by the local authority. Between the flower beds there are many large green areas and seats that are used by local residents, workers, tourists and shoppers as a place to relax and have lunch or an afternoon nap in the summer months.
