Pound Park is located in south east London close to the border between Woolwich, Kidbrooke and Charlton. The large green area is provided by the local authority as a place of relaxation, recreation and enjoyment for the people of the area and its visitors. The park is used throughout the year for playing sports although the primary use is that of recreation as people walk dogs, run and simply sit and watch the world go by.
