Located in the south east area of Green Park, this beautiful tree is identifiable as it is surrounded by a low fence which serves to protect both the plaque at the base of the tree and the tree bark. It was planted to commemorate the coronation of King George V and Queen Mary which occurred on 22nd June 1911. It is little known and is a great point of interest for visitors to Green Park.
