Soho Square dates back to 1681, and is a small area of park and garden that intersects intersects some of the most famous roads in Soho such as Greek Street. The garden is noted for its interesting wooden gardener’s hut. There are open-air concerts in the square during the summer months. The square is home to some important organisations, including the Football Association and the British Board of Film Classification. There is also a memorial to the late Kirsty MacColl who wrote a song about the area.
