Founded in 1967, the South London Theatre is a repertory style non-professional theatre in the heart of West Norwood. The company manage two spaces, the Bell Theatre – so named as it is housed in a former Victorian fire station – and the smaller Prompt Theatre. SLT aim to produce 22 plays a year across both stages and productions vary from Shakespeare to pantomime and new writing. South London Theatre is a member of the Little Theatre Guild of Great Britain.
