This striking church was completed in 1996, four years after the original Victorian Gothic church burned down. Modern and inventive, it has a glass spire that glows at night and unusual stained glass, in red, blue and gold, that fades to pure light. Other features recall the earlier Victorian church. They include the south wall, which was the wall of the original Lady Chapel, low walls in the garden, which mark the old nave, and the font at the west end of the church.
