St. James is a fine red brick church that stands close to West Hampstead Station at the heart of the vibrant community. It draws a Christian congregation from the extremely eclectic population of the area, enjoying parishioners with roots all over the world. The church ha some extremely ornate internal fittings where the marvellous stained glass can be observed in its full glory. The building is one of the central community hubs for West Hampstead.
