This interesting church was designed by Thomas Marsh Nelson in 1840 and was built over a period of two years, it is grade II listed. It was built in a classical style, which is unusual for its time as most of these churches were built earlier and it wasn't the fashion of the era. The church is home to a large Christian population who worship there regularly.
