St. Peter's Church is one of the more impressive pieces of ecclesiastical architecture in this area of south London. The church was designed and built by legendary architect Sir John Sloane between 1825 and 1827. Sloane was also responsible for several other local churches in the area. The church is home to a large and friendly Christian community who always welcome new members.
