St. Saviour was constructed in the Victorian Gothic style in 1862. Since that time it has been one of the most important places of worship in the local area. The church was extensively refurbished and rebuilt during the early 1950s but has retained many of its original features and charms. It has a friendly congregation that are always looking for new people to join them in prayer.
