St. Saviours Church was built in 1909 and was extensively added to in 1929. The church is a dominant part of the skyline in the centre of Lewisham and is one of the principle places of worship for the Roman Catholic population in Lewisham. The church is a beautiful piece of architecture both internally and externally and is home t a large and friendly Christian congregation who take a leading role in community affairs.
