The Gate Theatre is a small independent theatre above a pub close to Notting Hill Gate tube station at the heart of this artistic and trendy suburb of the capital. The theatre is the only venue in London committed to producing exclusively international productions. The Gate only has a small capacity of about 70 people but this adds to the atmosphere at the electrifying performances that are staged almost every night.
