Boasting the longest running theatrical tradition in the UK, the Theatre Royal Drury Lane is the fourth theatre to be built on the site. The first theatre dates back as far as 1662, with the current incarnation being built in 1812. Benjamin Wyatt designed the building and it is Grade 1 listed. With a large capacity of 2,300 and a 24 metre deep stage, The Drury Lane Theatre Royal has always hosted some of the most extravagant musicals, including Oklahoma!, My Fair Lady and Miss Saigon.
