Tooting Bec Common is a large park that stretches several miles across south London. For generations this common-land has been a traditional meeting place for the people in the area. The facilities within the park are excellent and numerous with an athletics track, swimming pool, Duck Lake, sports pitches, children’s playground and several large car parks. It is an excellent place to relax, admire the local wildlife or take a picnic. In the warmer months the common plays host to regular festivals, community events and music concerts.
