The Trim Trail is a purpose built walking or running track that takes visitors through some of the more beautiful wooded areas of southern Norwood. The idea of the trail which was designed by the local authority is to open up some of the little used pieces of grassland and woodland in the area to the public whilst promoting fitness through brisk waking, jogging and running along the track.
