The Queen Mary was built in 1933 by Wm. Denny's of Dumbarton in Scotland. The boat served for many decades as a cruise ship out of Bridge Wharf in Glasgow on the River Clyde. A great vessel, the boat impressed its 1500 passengers with top speeds of 19 knots. After being decommissioned the boat was sailed to London and converted into a large pub, bar and conference venue. It is open everyday and is a great place to enjoy maritime history and wonderful views of the capital.
