Upper Grosvenor Gardens is a small green area located at the heart of Westminster, just north of Victoria Station. The gardens are used by a variety of people ranging from passing tourists, office workers and residents. The gardens are well appointed with a small selection of flowers, shrubs and trees and have adequate seating facilities. In the summer months the gardens can become quite busy with people trying to find a spot in the shade away from the traffic.
