Walton Public Library is housed in an interesting turreted civic building at the heart of the town centre. The library is one of the focuses of community life in the small town and carries a large collection of reading material, audio and video collection. The library also has a reference section containing a good amount of local history documentation and maps. At some time the library is used for exhibitions and seminars.
