This community project is far more than just a library; it is a meeting place, a community centre and a social forum for the people of Battersea. Set just off York Road, a busy thoroughfare linking the inner city boroughs with the more leafy affluent suburbs, this Library and Community Centre plays hosts to a great deal of community events, lectures, talks, classes and seminars as well as being a public lending library with a fine selection of books, CDs, DVDs and sheet music.
