Chirk Castle is a good looking piece of architectural history that has been well looked after and restored to a certain extent by the National Trust. The castle would at the beginning of its career of been a place of great importance in the region and would have housed a great many noble folk throughout the ages. Today, visitors are invited to enjoy the rich heritage that the remaining structure has to offer.
