Dinas Gynfor is an Iron Age promontory fort sited on the most northerly headland in Wales, and its ramparts are still visible on the south side of the hill. It is on an arduous stretch of Anglesey`s superb, coastal path, between Bull Bay and Cemaes Bay. An old watchtower commemorating the coronation of Edward V11 (1901) perches on the headland, from where there are extensive views of Anglesey`s northern coast. Offshore is a small rocky island called Middle Mouse.
