Dyserth Waterfall is a famous tourist attraction in the ancient village of Dyserth which lies on the slopes of the Clwydian range. The cataract plummets sixty feet over a limestone cliff and it is an impressive sight after heavy rain. Its source is a stream flowing from St Asaph`s Well in the nearby parish of Cwm. One of the waterfall`s earliest visitors was Doctor Johnson who came here in 1774. The nearby Waterfall Shop and Cafe is open during the summer months. There is a car park nearby which is a popular start for walks.
