Holywell is a pleasant small town, with a pedestrianised shopping centre, located above the Dee estuary in Flintshire. Situated on the road to Greenfield, St Winefride`s holy well has been a place of pilgrimage for hundreds of years. Nearby is the Greenfield Valley which was once an industrial centre.
