The Minera Lead Mines are an old lead processing works that was excavated and restored in the last decade of the 20th Century. The mine is unfortunately not accessible in itself because it is far too dangerous, but there is a visitor centre and the old works are open to the public. You can explore how the people lived and worked here in a time when industry was more dangerous and dirty than it is today.
