Porth Towyn Beach is a lovely, clean, sandy beach on the north coast of the Lleyn Peninsula. Popular with families, it is surrounded by cliffs with easy access from a nearby farm. There are no facilities at the beach but there is a caravan site nearby and Tudweiliog has a small shop and a pub. Porth Towyn is on the Lleyn Coastal Footpath and there are good walks in both directions which offer opportunities for birdwatching and spotting seals.
