It's not often that you get the chance to see such a group of talented artists at work. These studios were set up close to Manchester in 1992 and became an official cooperative in 1998. The main gallery space usually exhibits works of art by the resident artists and is curated by an exhibition officer. There are on average eight exhibitions a year and also an open studios event which allows visitors the chance to see inside the studios in which the artist's work, and see some of their latest creations in the making.
