The Blackpool Illuminations are Britain’s biggest and brightest light show. The illuminations shine brilliantly for 66 nights from September to November every year. They stretch 6 miles down the Blackpool Promenade and light up the sky for miles around. Some of the displays in the past have included alien space ships, pirates, jelly monsters and Tiffany lamps. This amazing festival lights up the whole of Blackpool.
