This delightful little park was donated to Manchester City by Alderman Fletcher Moss in 1914. It is truly an oasis, close to the busy village of Didsbury and boasts a beautiful alpine garden. It also has all the usual facilities you would expect, such as a bowling green, a nature trail, café area, and both shale and grass tennis courts. In 2003 Fletcher Moss was the winner of the Green Flag Award the national standard for green spaces across England.
