Lord Leverhulme was responsible for putting this collection together in the early 20th Century, and it has quickly been dubbed ‘the jewel in the crown’ of the art scene on the Wirral. The collection is made up of a fine historic collection of artworks that date from the Pre-Raphaelites through some of the most fantastic piece by British artists such as Turner and Constable.
