There are lots of things to see from original Roman artefacts and work by local artists and to reconstructions of period rooms. Our regularly changing exhibitions mean there’s always something new to see. The King’s Own Museum situated within the museum and was established in 1929, charting the history of the regiment from its beginnings in 1680 to the present day.
