The School of Dentistry was started in 1880 and has continued to the present day, remaining one of the most prestigious elements of the University of Liverpool. The museum attached to the department contains a wealth of early dentistry equipment, early dentures, academic texts and charts. The museum offers an insight into the developments that have taken place in this area of medicine over several Centuries.
