This world-famous 19th Century garden village is home to a fantastic museum that tells the story of the community and its people. The main focus of the museum is designed to allow visitors to see what life would have been like in the 1800s and early 20th Century here. Exhibits include life-sized models of William Hesketh Lever and James Lomax Simpson. There are also short film presentations about the First World War.
