The Working Class Movement Library contains an extensive collection of books, periodicals, pamphlets and articles related to the trade union movements, from the 18th Century through to the present day. Founded by Ruth and Edmund Frow at the end of the 18th Century, the collection is one of the most important of its types in the country. All material is open to the public and can studied on site.
