This library has a long and rich history at the heart of the city. The influential scholar and member of the clergy Archbishop Richard Robinson founded it. The main basis of the library was founded around the personal works and collection of the archbishop. There are a great many rare and valuable books on display in the library that have been collected over the centuries.
