Allen Banks & Staward Gorge consists of miles of riverside and woodland walks in a beautiful wooded gorge, cut by the tumbling River Allen. There are also views from a Medieval pele tower spectacularly sited on a narrow promontory above the river. The site is open daily all year, from dawn until dusk. Parking and a picnic area is available.
