Latest Beamish Review
|
| |
 |
The village of Beamish is situated in County Durham and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is near to Chester le Street and Stanley.
The most popular attraction here is Beamish open air museum which replicates a typical Norther town in the early 20th Century. We enjoyed a ride on a replica steam locomotive and an insight into the life of a miner.
Bobby Shafto Caravan Park provides a great stay for all the family and the Black Horse Pub provides delicious pub meals with a friendly atmosphere.
