The history of Physical Training in the armed forces is a long and interesting one. Located here at the barracks, close to the Scottish borders, this gallery tries to bring to life the ways that the forces have been trained in gymnasia for many years. This collection shows many pictures of the ways that equipment and training processes have changed through the ages.
