A three acre country garden created by the present owners with over 500 yards of colour themed mixed borders. There are also ponds, orchards with young specimen trees under-planted with bulbs, Bowes Railway herb garden, a wildflower meadow, circular slate garden 30 metres in diameter planted for scent with old roses, scented shrubs and perennials. Oriental style meditation garden for peace & contemplation, a Winter garden with a woodland theme, a beachcombers garden, tea garden with topiary yew & box. Coffee shop.
