The Folk Archive is based in the north-east of England, and is an innovative project that has brought together a great deal of documentation and artefacts from across the regions folk music scene. The idea is to study and preserve the rich history of folk music that exists in the area, and to allow new generations to discover this unique and exciting form of music.
