Home to Newcastle United Football Club, St. James’ Park is an all-seater stadium in the centre of Newcastle-upon-Tyne with a capacity of over 50,000. It is one of the largest football stadia in the UK and a venue for both the London 2012 Olympic Games and the 2015 Rugby World Cup. It boasts the largest cantilver roof in Europe and, as well as hosting football matches, is sometimes used as a venue for music concerts.
