Sunniside is a village in Tyne & Wear, situated very close to Gateshead and Newcastle. It has more of a rural location than its bigger neighbours, where you can enjoy the countryside of County Durham. Yet it also has plenty of local services and good transport links.

  Latest Sunniside Review

Sunniside is in Sunderland in the North East of England. It is convenient for family trips to the beach and we went to see an excellent show at Sunderland Empire theatre which is within easy reach. There is a selection of accommodation on offer along with some good shops, bars and restaurants. If you stay here you are within easy reach of bigger cities like Newcastle, Durham and Gateshead. For rainy days I would highly recommend the Metrocentre.   - JulesDixon
