The parish church of All Saints in the village of Chillenden, just outside of Canterbury in Kent, can trace its history back to the Norman invasion in 1066. Indeed modern day visitors to the church may be surprised to find some well preserved medieval graffiti on the walls. Step inside the church and one of the most interesting features is a marvellous 17th Century pulpit. In 1871 the church was sensitively restored by Sir Gilbert Scott.
