Kent has, I have found on my travels around the county, lots of villages just like Ash. In fact Kent has two villages that share the same name and both are about the same size. This one, outside of Sevenoaks, is much more rural, however, and closer to woods than the other. Both have pubs and restaurants and this Ash is, I think, my favourite of the the two, due to its remoteness.
