This beautiful building was constructed by eminent architect and designer Sir Norton Knatchbull in 1635, and used as the local grammar school for many hundreds of years. Today, it houses the museum of the town, a collection of artefacts and documents that tell the story of how Ashford has come to be, and how it has changed through the centuries.
