This wonderful property was once the home of the world famous author Rudyard Kipling. The house is a Jacobean mansion that has been left in almost exactly the same way as the writer left it. It is filled with fascinating pieces that represent the exotic tastes of Kipling, a well-travelled man who embraced foreign cultures. The original illustrations for the Jungle Book are amongst the delights that visitors can browse through.
