A beautiful quiet retreat for nature lovers, Beech Court Gardens can be found hidden away in the small village of Challock in the North Downs on the way to Canterbury. The house itself is reputed to have been built with the help of King Richard III’s illegitimate son when he worked as a carpenter. There is also historical evidence of Saxon times at Beech Court Gardens. Today it’s home to many beautiful and rare plants and trees.
