  Latest Betteshanger Review

Betteshanger is today a quiet and somewhat sleepy small Kent village, but only a decade or so ago it was at the centre of the coal mining industry I discovered. It is lovely to see how, through a lot of thought and effort an industrial area has been restored to such a lovely village. Nearby there are some fantastic walks in the countryside and some equally welcoming country pubs too.   - Jenny Morrison
