Brighton's Theatre Royal is a grand and historic place. The grade II listed facility dates back centuries, opening in 1806. The theatre has throughout its time offered some of the finest productions from Britain and around the world. The focus of the theatre is on classical pieces with regular returns to Shakespeare and other greats, although it does from time to time show more contemporary pieces.
