It is thought that the concept of a church on the west side of Dartford was come up with in 1868, but it wasn’t until 1904 that a piece of land was acquired. In 1909 Christ Church was consecrated for use and became one of the leading places of worship in the town. The facility is home to a large and friendly Christian congregation who meet there every week to partake in worship and prayer.
