This museum is designed to tell the story of Colonel Holman Fred Stephens, an important and interesting character in the development of light railways and the steam age. The museum has a great deal of his personal artefacts and articles in the collection and offers a thematic look at the way that one man managed to put so much influence into this area of the industrial nation.
